Episode 12 // recognize the pattern (before you repeat it)

In this walk-and-talk episode, I reflect on some pivotal moments where I began to recognize that the same stumbling blocks kept showing up right before major turning points in my life. Through that, I began to understand the patterns that have held me back. 

The enemy doesn’t need a new strategy—he simply uses the same tactics that have worked before. As believers, we’re called to stay vigilant, learn from past seasons, and respond with wisdom and discernment instead of repeating old cycles.
